Union petitions continue to swell at NLRB

Union election petitions before the National Labor Relations Board continued to shoot up during the Biden administration after leveling off the prior fiscal year. The NLRB has received more than 2,600 petitions since the beginning of FY24, already exceeding the 2,594 over the preceding 12 months.
